Winning Awards Since 1873
It all started in Vienna at the World's Fair of 1873 when a Hungarian
roller-milled flour was leavened with a "secret" yeast to produce
the first famous blue ribbon Kaiser rolls. Like the authentic Kaiser
rolls produced over 125 years ago, our rolls are faithful to the original
formula - rich in eggs, oil and sugar. Our Kaiser rolls sport a distinctive
cut crown, thin-hard crust and feathery-light interior.
